EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, IffiLD DECEMBER 18. 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville. Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue. Roseville. Minnesota. on the 18th day of December. 1967. at 7:30 P .~1. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Councilmen Shields, Curley. Goodrich and Grauel and the following were absent: None Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1985 WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve County Road B-2 between the west right-of-way line of Snelling Avenue and the east right- of-way line of Hamline Avenue by installation of permanent surfacing and concrete curb and gutter. together with necessary water and sewer utilities and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement to Minnesota Statutes. Chapter 429 as amended; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota. that the proposed improvement be referred to the Banister Engineering Company for study and they are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed. advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether theproposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Goodrich, and upon vote being taken thereon the following ovted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against same: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
