<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, IffiLD DECEMBER 18. 1967 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville. Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington <br />Avenue. Roseville. Minnesota. on the 18th day of December. 1967. at <br />7:30 P .~1. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, <br />Councilmen Shields, Curley. Goodrich and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1985 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve County Road B-2 between <br />the west right-of-way line of Snelling Avenue and the east right- <br />of-way line of Hamline Avenue by installation of permanent surfacing <br />and concrete curb and gutter. together with necessary water and sewer <br />utilities and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion <br />of the cost of the improvement to Minnesota Statutes. Chapter 429 <br />as amended; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of <br />Roseville, Minnesota. that the proposed improvement be referred to <br />the Banister Engineering Company for study and they are instructed <br />to report to the Council with all convenient speed. advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether theproposed improvement <br />is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or <br />in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of <br />the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Goodrich, and upon vote being taken thereon <br />the following ovted in favor thereof: All present <br />and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
