EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting ofthe City Council of the City ofRoseville, Cowrty ofRanvsey, <br />Miimesota was duly held ou the 3rd day of March 2008 at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Roe, Pust, Ihtan, and Klausing <br />and the following were absent: Kough. <br />Member Roe introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION No. 10603 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT TO THE <br />American Legion Post 542 <br />WHEREAS, the American Legion Post 542 has applied for a lawful gambling premisepemtit to conduct lawfu]gambling <br />activities at 700 W County Road C; and <br />WHEREAS, the American Legion Post 542 has met the local permit requirements as specified in City Code, Section 304. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City ofRoseville, Mirmesota, as follows: <br />The City of Roseville hereby approves the premise pemrit application of the American Legion Post 542 to conduct <br />lawful gambling activities at 700 W County Road C. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Pust and upon a votebeing taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Roe, Pust, Ihlan, and Klausing <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
