Set a Public Hearing for On-Sale and Sunday Intoxicating Liquor Licenses, for HRP Roseville LLC, d/b/a Flame Cooking With Fire Ihlan moved, Klausing seconded, scheduling a Public Hearing for the On-Sale and Sunday Intoxicating Liquor Licenses, for HRP Roseville, LLC, d/b/a Flame Cooking With Fire, to be held February 25, 2008. Approve Minneapolis Training Contract for Fire Department Ihlan moved, Klausing seconded, approval of a Facilities Lease Agreement be- tween the City of Roseville Fire Department and the City of Minneapolis Fire Department for the use of the North Campus Fire Training Facility; and authoriz- ing the Mayor, Fire Chief, City Clerk and Finance Officer to execute the docu- ment. Approve LELS, Police Officers Union, 2008 Contract Councilmember Roe sought clarification from City Manager Malinen that the City was attempting multi-year bargaining agreements, but was unable to do so in this case. City Manager Bi11 Malinen concurred; noting that future City Council discussions would be held on multi-year bargaining agreement provisions and negotiations.
