City of Roseville - HRA Minutes for February 21, 2006Page 6 of 6 <br />Member Kelsey asked how the Rondo program compares to the HRA’s support of the Greater <br />Metropolitan Housing Corporation (GMHC) programs. Finzell noted that GMHC and Rondo work <br />closely together and that their programs and missions complement each other. Rondo occasionally <br />hires GMHC to rehab the homes they purchase. <br />Member Elkins explained that she is familiar with Rondo and that they are a very successful land <br />trust approved by Fannie Mae. The program keeps homes affordable. <br />Member Kelsey asked for details regarding homebuyer pre- and post education process.
