City of Roseville - HRA Minutes for April 18, 2006Page 5 of 5 <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried: 5-0 <br />9.Information and Reports <br />Discuss Parking Ordinance Options for Planning Commission <br />a. <br />Community Development Director Dennis Welsch requested HRA input regarding their expectation <br />of the Planning Commission in modifying the parking requirements as it relates to rental housing. <br />Member Kelsey suggested that this wait until the CAG was established. <br />Member Bean wanted to make sure that this was one of the first items addressed once the process <br />is started. <br />Board & Staff Reports <br />b. <br />Chair Majerus reported on the joint Roseville School Board and City Council meeting with the <br />discussion surrounding the needs for community facilities. <br />Executive Director Bennett mentioned that the Housing Link will be coming out with the City <br />Newsletter at the end of April. <br />10.Adjournment <br />The meeting was adjourned at 8:24 PM <br />Return to Housing & Redevelopment Authority <br />http://archive.ci.roseville.mn.us/council/hra/minutes/2006/hram060418.htm3/10/2008 <br />
