EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCII, CITY OF ROSEVII,LE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due ca11 and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, NTinnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the ] Oth day of 7anuary, 2000, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS FOR THE YEAR 2000 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment rolls for various improvements in the City of Roseville were certified to the County Auditor of the County of Ramsey, and since the certifications, a number of parcels of properiy contained within said assessment rolls have been divided and conveyed, AND WHEREAS, said division requires that apportionment of the original assessments be made by the City Council of the City of Roseville in order that the proper assessment can be e�tended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, AND WHEREAS, during the year, numerous requests to apportion the original assessments on numerous parcels received by the City of Roseville, AND WHEREAS, it would be more expedient to a11ow the Public Works Director or his assigned staff to apportion the original assessments in as much as the City Council of the City of Roseville approves a11 apportionment prepared by city staff when requested, NOW, TI�REFORE, the City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby authorize the Public Works Director or his assigned personnel to make the apportionment of original assessment against a11 of the requested properties for the year of 2000. The City Manager of the City of Roseville is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, NTinnesota. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereo£ and the following voted against the same: Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
