EXTRACT OF MIN UTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF TI� CITY OF RO SEVII,LE <br />* * � � * � � � * � * * * <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Ha11 on Monday, the 10� <br />day of 7anuary, 2000 at 6:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br />And the following were absent: <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. <br />RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOR FOR NORTHWESTERN COLLEGE' S <br />REQUEST FOR F1NAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND FINAL PUD AGREEMENT <br />REGARDING A FOUR STORY OFFICE DEVELOPMENT ON PROPERTY LOCATED 1N <br />TI� SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LYDIA AVENUE AND SNELLING AVENUE NORTH, <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE (PF 3 144). <br />WHEREAS, Northwestern College has requested FINAL development plan approval and <br />FINAL approval of a Planned Unit Development Agreement amending Planned Unit Development <br />#1124 for properiy located in the southwest comer of Lydia Avenue and Snelling Avenue North, <br />City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota (PF3 144); and <br />WHEREAS, on December 13, 1999 the Roseville City Council opened the public hearing <br />regarding the request for final action and continued the hearing and action to the January 10, 2000 <br />regular meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, Northwestern College has requested a 60 e�tension to the 60-day review period, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, to allow them and Collins Hansen Architects adequate time <br />to revise all necessary plans required for staff review and Council action, given the current action <br />deadline of January 24, 2000. <br />NOW TI�REFORE BE TT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />Roseville, (the "City") Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to NTinnesota Statutes 15.99, the time <br />line for agency review of the application of Northwestern College for approval of the FINAL <br />development plan the FINAL Planned Unit Development Agreement be e�tended for 60—days, from <br />7anuary 24, 2000 to March 22, 2000 and to continue the hearing to a date not to exceed March 13, <br />2000, the last regularly scheduled Council meeting prior to the project review deadline. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in fa�or: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
