ORDINANCE NO. 1363 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SELECTED TEXT OF <br />TITLE 11, CHAPTER 1102, PLAT PROCEDURES <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. Purpose: The Roseville City Code, Title 11, Chapters 1102.01 F <br />(Final Plat), G (Approval) and H (Recording) is hereby amended by eliminating, <br />clarifying, and revising language contained within these chapters. The purpose of this <br />Ordinance is to eliminate confusing text and to create a reasonable timeline for obtaining <br />signatures on the final plat. <br />SECTION 2. Chapters 1102.O1F, G and H are hereby amended as follows: <br />F. Final Plat: <br />1. Final Plat Submission: <br />f~~~z2 ~nna~ <br />The owner or subdivider shall submit the final plat of a proposed subdivision <br />not later than six months after the date of approval of the preliminarv plat; <br />otherwise, the preliminarv plat will be considered void unless an extension is <br />requested in writing by the subdivider and granted by the City Council. The <br />owner or subdivider shall also submit with the final plat an up to date <br />certified abstract of title or registered property report and such other <br />evidence as the City Attorney may require showing title or control in the <br />applicant. <br />G. Approval and Recording: <br />sp~e~rl. The Citv Council shall act upon a final plat application within 120 <br />days of the submission of a completed application. ~~ee-g~earnda~ The <br />refusal to approve the plat shall be set forth in the proceedings of the City <br />Council and reported to the person or persons applying for such approval. {~8 <br />If the final plat is approved, the <br />subdivider shall record said plat with the county recorder within 1 year after <br />the date of approval and prior to the issuance of any building permit; <br />otherwise, the approval of the final plat shall be considered void. <br />
