Call Roll <br />Mayor Klausing called to order a .Special Meeting of the Roseville City Council at ap- <br />proximately 3:40 p.m. for the purpose of interviewing applicants for vacancies on the <br />City's Ethics, Planning, and Police Civil Service Commissions. <br />Councilmembers present were: Councilmember Pust; Ihlan; Roe; and Mayor Klausing. <br />Councilmember Ihlan left the meeting at approximately 5:00 p.m. <br />Also present during the interviews were: City Manager Bill Malinen; Ethics Commission <br />Chair Michael Schneider; Planning Commission Chair Mary Hawker Bakeman; and Po- <br />lice Civil Service Commission Chair Richard Houck. <br />2. Interviews <br />Those interviewed were: Todd Anderson; Patrick Schmidt; Michael Kellett; James Camp- <br />bell; John Kysylyczyn; Gary Grefenberg; Andre Best; Bob Venters; Greg Simbeck; <br />Teresa Bailey; and John "Jack" Molin at approximate ten minute intervals. <br />3.
