<br />PARTIAL VACATION OF HIGHWAY EASEMENT IN BOOK 1375 PAGE 173
<br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 29 North,
<br />Range 23 West which is covered by an existing highway easement, described by a Document in
<br />Book 1375 of Deeds, Page 173, which is on file and of record in Ramsey County, Minnesota
<br />which is to be partially vacated as described below:
<br />Commencing at the Northeast Corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of
<br />Section 8; thence South 00 degrees 36 minutes 13 seconds East, assumed bearing along the east
<br />line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, a distance of 928.01 feet to the northerly
<br />right of way of State Trunk Highway No. 36; thence westerly along said right of way along a
<br />curve, concave to the south, whose elements are: central angle of O1 degree 31 minutes 50
<br />seconds, a radius of 5,794.58 feet, arc length of 154.78 feet, and a chord that bears South 88
<br />degrees 28 minutes 06 seconds West, a chord distance of 154.78 feet; thence westerly along said
<br />right of way, tangent to last curve, South 87 degrees 42 minutes 11 seconds West, a distance of
<br />507.75 feet to the centerline of said highway easement and the Point of Beginning of the parcel to
<br />be described; thence North 00 degrees 37 minutes 13 seconds West, along said centerline line, a
<br />distance of 76.75 feet; thence North 18 degrees 21 minutes 13 seconds West, along said
<br />centerline, a distance of 51.63 feet; thence northerly 119.43 feet along anon-tangential curve,
<br />concave to the west having a radius of 232.54 feet, central angle of 29 degrees 25 minutes 34
<br />seconds, and having a chord bearing of North 03 degrees 38 minutes 26 seconds West, to the
<br />easterly line of said highway easement; thence South 18 degrees 21 minutes 13 seconds East,
<br />along said easterly line, a distance of 170.56 feet; thence South 00 degrees 37 minutes 13 seconds
<br />East, along said easterly line, a distance of 80.55 feet to said northerly right of way of State
<br />Trunk Highway No. 36; thence South 87 degrees 42 minutes 11 seconds West, along said
<br />northerly right of way of State Trunk Highway No. 36, a distance of 30.01 feet to the point of
<br />beginning.
<br />Said vacation is 5,090 square feet or 0.1168 acres.
