WHEREAS, on March 5, 2008, the Roseville Planning Commission held the duly noticed <br />public hearing regarding the PUBLIC EASEMENT VACATIONS and voted (4-0) to recommend <br />approval of based on the information contained in Section 4 and 5 and the condition of Section 7 <br />of the project report dated March 5, 2008; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant the <br />VACATION of certain PUBLIC EASEMENTS on property addressed at 2335, 2355, and 2361 <br />West Highway 36, based on the information contained in Section 4 and 5 of the project report <br />dated March 24, 2008, and subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Utility and drainage easements for the newly configured storm water pond shall be <br />provided as required approved by the Public Works Director. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Roe, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Pust, Ihlan, Roe <br />and Mayor Klausing <br />and the following voted against: None <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
