City of Roseville <br />Ordinance No. 1359 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />TITLE 10 AND TITLE 11 <br />ZONING AND SUBDIVISION CODES <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1: Title 10 and Title 11 of the Roseville City Code are amended to read as follows: <br />CHAPTER-1001.. <br />GENERAL PROVISIONS <br />B. Said restrictions and regulations are for the purpose of protecting and enhancing; the <br />character1-awl stability, and vitality of -residential, <br />~~ei~hborhoads as we;11 as coz~nrxicrcial areas, and to promote the orderly development of such <br />areas; to provide adequate light, air and convenience of access to property; to provide <br />regulations which will limit congestion in the public right of ways; to prevent overcrowding <br />of land and undue concentration of structures by regulating the use of land and buildings and <br />the bulk of buildings in relation to the land surrounding them; to provide compatibility <br />between different land uses; to provide for administration of said Code; to provide for <br />amendments; to prescribe penalties for the violation of said restrictions and regulations. <br />(Ord. 275, 5-12-59) <br />CHAPTER 1002 <br />RULES AND DEFINITIONS <br />1002.02: DEFINITIONS: <br />ADVERTISING SIGN: See chapter ~1(}10 of this title. <br />CITY TOWER SITE: A location(s) in the city on which is or maybe located one or more <br />antennas available for connection and use by any person, firm or corporation in accordance with <br />the provisions of chapter ~E3}-?1.01.3 of this title and upon execution of a lease with the city.
