Creation: The Water Management Overlay District hereby created and is divided into the <br />following subdistricts as shown on the Official Zoning Map or an attachment thereto: the <br />Shoreland District, the Wetland Protection District, and the Storm Water District. <br />1. Shoreland District: All land meeting the definition of shoreland adjacent to the public <br />waters listed in Section X1.017.13 of this Chapter. <br />439 ~ ~-0-X101.7.13: SHORELAND CLASSIFICATIONS: <br />440 The following public waters of the City have been classified either consistent with the criteria <br />441 found in Minnesota Regulations, part 6120.3300, and the Protected Waters Inventory Map for <br />442 Ramsey County, Minnesota, or classified by the City when no classification was available from <br />443 the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. The "shoreland area" for the water bodies listed <br />444 in the table below shall be as defined in this Chapter and shown on the Official Zoning Map. <br />445 "Wetland protection areas" shall be as defined in subsection -1-8.1{~1017.12A2 of this Chapter. <br />446 I "Storm water protection areas" shall be as defined in subsection -1-flk€31017.12A3 of this Chapter. <br />447 (Ord. 1156, 12-12-1994) <br />448 ~ X10"1.7.14: WATER MANAGEMENT OVERLAY DISTRICT LOT <br />449 STANDARDS: <br />450 A.
