In reviewing such <br />652 application, the City Engineer may require additional reports and data. <br />653 ~ -41.018.08: ESCROW REQUIREMENT: <br />654 After approval of an erosion and sediment control plan, the City shall require the Permittee to <br />655 escrow a sum of money sufficient to ensure the installation, completion, and maintenance of the <br />656 erosion and sediment control plan and practices. Escrow amounts shall be set from time to time <br />657 by the City Council. Upon project completion, the remaining escrow shall be returned to the <br />658 Permittee. <br />659 ~ ~1-'1.01. $.09: EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PERMIT <br />66o ENFORCEMENT: <br />661 D. Failure to Do Corrective Work. When a Permittee fails to conform to any provision of this <br />662 policy within the time stipulated, the City may take the following actions: <br />663 4. All costs incurred by the City in correcting erosion and sediment control deficiencies shall <br />664 be reimbursed by the Permittee.
