Re-set a Public Hearing to Issue Tax-Exempt Revenue Bonds on Behalf of <br />Concordia Academy <br />Pust moved, Ihlan seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10599 entitled, ""Reso- <br />lution Calling for a Public Hearing on a Proposal for a Private School Facility <br />Project Pursuant to Minnesota Law, and Authorizing the Publication of a Notice <br />of the Hearing;" rescinding the previously-scheduled Public Hearing and estab- <br />lishing anew Public Hearing for March 17, 2008, for the purposes of issuing ap- <br />proximately $7 million in tax-exempt revenue bonds for Concordia Academy. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Pust; Ihlan; Roe; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />8. Discussion of Ordinance Relating to Social Hosting <br />Councilmember Pust reviewed this proposed ordinance related to Social Hosting; <br />and previously-presented Minnesota Student Survey information, noting that <br />Roseville is not immune to underage drinking. Councilmember Pust noted that <br />since she brought this item forward in January to allow for citizen input, she had <br />received only one comment, and was seeking individual Council input. Council- <br />member Pust noted that Councilmember Roe had provided input on several tech- <br />nical amendments related to internal references to various ordinance chapters. <br />
