<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of The Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in <br /> <br />the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />18th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />December <br /> <br />, 196-1-, at 7: 30 0' clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: none <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1998 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO STREET IMPROVEMENT NO. 66-16 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for street Improvement No. <br /> <br />66-16 as adopted <br /> <br />on October 16, 1967, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and <br /> <br />since that date, a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment <br /> <br />toll have been divided and conveyed, it requires that apportionment of the original <br /> <br />assessment be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order that <br /> <br />the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of <br /> <br />property thereafter, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />make the following apportionment of original assessment against the following de- <br /> <br />scribed properties: <br />
