CITY OF ROSEVILLE OFFICIAL SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 1357 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 1, 10, antl 11 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING THE PUBLIC HEARING NOTIFICATION DISTANCE FROM A MINIMUM OF 350 FEET TO A MINIMUM OF SOD FEET (PF07-061) The City Council of the City of Roseville adopted Ordinance No.1357 on January 28, 2008, which is summarized as follows: The Roseville Ciry Code is amentled by changing all references to public hearing notification minimum distance of 350 feel to a minimum distance of 500 feel. The following Code sections are hereby amended: 108.078 Procedures for Conducting Certain Public Hearings -Notice • 1013.01C Conditional Use Permits - Procedure for Conditional Use Permit • 1013.028 Variances -Procedure for Variances • 1013.04 Procedure for Vacating Street or Alley • 1014.0461 Board of Zoning Adjustment antl Appeals -Zoning Variances • 101q.04C Board of Zoning Adjustment and Appeals -Appeals • 1015.078 Rezoning Application - Applicatlon • 1016.27 Shoreland, Wellantl, and Storm Water Management - Application • 1102.018 Plal Procedures - Submission; Filing • 1104.04E Platting Variations and Minor Subdivisions -Three Parcel Minor Subdivision A printed copy of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person during regular office hours in the office of the Ciry Manager at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota 55113.
