ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS CITY OF ROSEVILLE 2660 CIVIC CENTER DRIVE ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA 55113 NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS The City of Roseville will receive proposals for: SKATING CENTER UPGRADES 2660 Civic Center Drive Roseville, Minnesota 55113 Until 2:00 p. m. local time on April 18, 2008 at the City of Roseville, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota 55113 at which time and place all proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Contractors are invited to attend. Proposals received after 2:00 p. m. will be returned unopenetl. Proposals shall be on proposal forms supplied in the Project Manual. No oral, telegraphic, or telephonic proposals or modifications will be considered. Envelopes containing proposals must be sealetl, marked "Proposal ROSEVILLE SKATING CENTER ICE RINK UPGRADES" with the name and address of the contractor and the dale and hour of the opening and addressed to: CITY OF ROSEVILLE 2660 Civic Center Drive Roseville, Minnesota 55113 Attn: City Manager William J. Malinen The complete proposal form shall 6e without alterations, additions, or erasures. All proposals must be on a lump sum basis. City of Roseville reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional proposals.
