<br />62-1 <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Boseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the <br /> <br />Village Hall at 2701 North Iexington Avenue, Boseville, Minnesota, on M:mday, the <br /> <br />~8th day of <br /> <br />December <br /> <br />, 1962-, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarhol.m" Trustees Curley, <br />Goodrich, Graue~ and Shields <br /> <br />and the follOwing were absent: <br /> <br />none <br /> <br />Member CUr~ey <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2003 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RElATING <br />TO WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 62-1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minne- <br /> <br />sota as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Water Improvement 62-1 as finally amended <br />and adopted on October 14, 1963, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey <br /> <br />County and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and appor- <br /> <br />tionment of previous assessments in respect to Water Improvement No. 62-1 was held <br /> <br />on November 9, 1964, and adjourned to November 16, 1964, at which time assessments <br /> <br />for Water Improvement No. 62-1 were amended as provided by said resolution of said <br /> <br />date and certified in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on November <br /> <br />16, 1964 and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number bf parcels of property contained within <br /> <br />said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property <br /> <br />owners and <br />
