Variance Board Meeting <br />Minutes – Wednesday, December 05, 2007 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />At Chair Boerigter’s query, Mr. Lloyd confirmed that there had been no neighborhood contact or input with <br />staff for or against the proposal. <br />Chair Boerigter closed the Public Hearing, with no one appearing for or against. <br />MOTION <br />Member Doherty moved, seconded by Member Martinson to adopt Variance Board Resolution No. <br />74 entitled, “A Resolution APPROVING A VARIANCE to Roseville City Code, Section 1004 <br />(Residence Districts), for Peter Zeller, 1773 Alameda Street (PF07-067);” for an eleven foot (11’) <br />VARIANCE to the principal structure setback from a front property line, established in Roseville <br />City Code, §1004.016 (Residential Setbacks) to allow the proposed expansion of the attached <br />garage at 1773 Alameda Street, based on the comments and findings outlined in Section 5, and <br />the conditions detailed in Section 6 of the project report dated December 5, 2007. <br />Ayes: 3 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />Chair Boerigter advised the applicant of the appeal process timeframe. <br />5. Adjournment <br />Chair Boerigter adjourned the meeting at 5:40 p.m. <br />
