Call Roll <br />Mayor Klausing called to order the regular meeting of the Roseville City Council at ap- <br />proximately 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. <br />Voting and Seating Order: Pust; Ihlan; Roe; Kough; Klausing. Mayor Klausing an- <br />nounced that Councilmember Kough would be unable to attend tonight's meeting, and on <br />behalf of the City Council, citizens and staff, sent thoughts and prayers to Tom and fam- <br />ily. <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br />2. Approve Agenda <br />Mayor Klausing advised that, depending on timing for specifrc items, the agenda maybe <br />modified to accommodate those items where public comment was anticipated. <br />Councilmember Ihlan requested removal of Consent Agenda Item 7.g entitled, "Approve <br />Mutual Aid/Joint Powers Agreement for County-wide Traffic Enforcement," for discus- <br />sion purposes. <br />Councilmember Roe requested. removal of Consent Agenda Item 7.i entitled, "Authorize <br />Staff to Advertise Vacancy on the HRA," for discussion purposes. <br />Councilmember Roe noted a correction to Business Action Item 13.b for consideration of <br />approval for Rezoning and "Final" Concept PUD, rather than the listed "General Con- <br />cept." <br />Councilmember Pust noted that the Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) quar- <br />terly report would not be given at tonight's meeting, but would be provided at the City <br />Council/HRA joint meeting scheduled in April. <br />By consensus, the agenda was approved as amended. <br />3. Public Comment <br />Mayor Klausing called far public comment by members of the audience on any non- <br />agenda items. No one appeared to speak <br />4.
