EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD DECEMBER 20, 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on December 20, 1967, at 5:00 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Councilmen Shields, Curley, Goodrich and Grauel and the following members were absent: None Member Grauel introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2008 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND MANAGER TO SIGN THE ATTACHED FRANCHISE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE AND VILLA PARK SKI CORPORATION. WHEREAS, the Mayor and Manager are authorized to sign the attached contract, a copy of which is attached hereto marked "Exhibit A" and made a part hereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Shields and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA) ) COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Manager of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council held on the 20th day of December, 1967, with the original on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript thereof insofar as the same relates to a resolution regarding the signing of certain contracts.
