EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, Apri121, 2008, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Ihlan, Roe, Pust and Klausing and the following were absent: none Councilmember Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 10614 FINAL ACCEPTANCE AND MAINTENANCE FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED FOR BONTEN FIRST ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code, Bonten Inc., contracted to construct certain improvements including redesign of the existing Fulham storm water pond and the construction of a public sidewalk connecting their building to Terminal Road along the east side of St. Croix Street; and WHEREAS, Bonten, Inc. is requesting the City of Roseville accept ownership and maintenance responsibility of these public improvements. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed is hereby accepted and approved; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Engineer is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final acceptance and accept atwo-year warranty for any work covering the replacement or repair of defective items commencing on Apri122, 2008, and expiring on Apri122, 2010. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Pust and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Ihlan, Roe, Pust and Klausing and the following voted against the same: none Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
