EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 19~' day of May, 2008, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Pust, Roe, Ihlan, and Klausing and none was absent; Council Member Roe introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 10627 A RESOLUTION VACATING AN UNDEVELOPED PORTION OF WALNUT STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY CROSSING PROPERTY ADDRESSED AS 2001 FULHAM STREET (PF08-009) WHEREAS, Midland Hills Country Club has requested the vacation of a portion of the Walnut Street right-of--way crossing the southwest corner of the parcel addressed at 2100 Fulham Street, legally described as: The vacation of Walnut Street per highway right of way document no.'s 814265 & 8152201ying southeast a line 20.00 feet southeasterly of and parallel with the southeasterly right of way line of State Trunk Highway No. 280 per highway right of way document no.'s 1385757,1662892 & 1247415; lying east of the northerly extension of the easterly right of way line of Walnut Street as dedicated and donated per plat of LAUDERDALE'S EAST SIDE ADDITION TO MINNEAPOLIS, according to the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota and lying north of the northerly right of way line of Ryan Street as dedicated and donated per said plat of LAUDERDALE'S EAST SIDE ADDITION TO MINNEAPOLIS, EXCEPT the West792.00 feet of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying north of the South 1105.00 feet of said Northwest Quarter. WHEREAS, the public Works Director has determined that approving the requested vacation would not have adverse impacts on the public; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the right-of--way vacation on March 5, 2008 and voted (5-0) to recommend approval, based on the findings of the Planning Commission project report dated March 5, 2008; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to vacate the Walnut Street RIGHT-OF WAY described above, based on the information contained in the project report dated May 19, 2008. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Pust and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Pust, Roe, Ihlan, and Klausing and none voted against; WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
