ORDINANCE NO. 1365 <br />AN ORDINANCE CORRECTING ORDINANCE NO. 1356 PERTAINING TO <br />PET BOARDING AND PET DAY CARE <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. Section 1 (Purpose) of Ordinance1356 is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br />Purpose. The Roseville City Code, Title 10, Chapter 1002 (Definitions) and <br />Chapter 1005 (Business District) are hereby amended by revising language <br />contained within Section 1002.12 pertaining to dog kennels and adding pet <br />boarding and/or dog kennel as a conditional use on the use chart in Chapter <br />1005.015. <br />SECTION 2. Section 1002.02 and Section 1005.015 is hereby amended to read <br />as follows: <br />Section 1002.02 (Dog Kennel) of the City Code shall read: Any premises <br />where three or more dogs over three months of age are kept, except where <br />special multiple dog license (3 or 4 dogs) is issued pursuant to 501.20 of <br />this Code, excluding indoor pet boarding and/or dog day care as an <br />accessory use to pet and pet supply store, except that such pet boarding <br />shall remain subject to the licensing requirements of Section 501.19 of this <br />Code. <br />Section 1005.015 (Use Chart) of the City Code shall: include pet <br />boarding and/or dog day care as a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in all <br />zones where Pet and Pet Supply store are either permitted or allowed via a <br />conditional use permit. <br />SECTION 3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the Roseville City <br />Code shall take effect upon passage and publication. <br />Passed this 14th day of Apri12008 <br />
