<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JANUARY 29, 1968 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on <br />January 29, 1968, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Shields and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2016 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THE <br />SEWER OPERATING FUND OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />TO 11IE PUBLIC WORKS RESERVE FUND OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Minn. Stat. 444.075, the Village <br />of Roseville has established a fund known as the "Sewer Operating <br />F1.U1d", and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this fund consists of only moneys received <br />from sanitary sewer consumers; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a surplus in fact exists in the amoWlt of at <br />least $220,000, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Attorney has ruled that it is <br />advisable and possible Wlder the Village Code of the Village of <br />Roseville and the statutes of the State of Minnesota to transfer <br />the excess moneys in the Sewer Operating Fund to the Public Works <br />Reserve Fund of the Village of Roseville. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council <br />for the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />$220,000 be transferred from the "Sewer Operating Ftmd" <br />to the "Public Works Reserve Fund". <br />
