Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2017 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REIA TING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />REIA TING TO SANITARY SE.'WER IMPROVEMENT NO. ...3. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Assessment Roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 3 as last <br />- <br /> <br />finally amended and adopted. on October 13, 1961, was filed and certified to the <br />County Auditor of Ramsey Count;\' on November 15" 1961 for the purpose of including <br />installments thereof to be t;(jI.lected along With real estate taxes commending in <br /> <br />1962" and <br /> <br />WHEREAS parcels of property as contained in the original assessment roll as <br /> <br />certified, have since been div-ided and conveyed by. property owners, and <br />
