Ramsey Countyo1 Minnesota, was duly beld in the Village <br />HaJ..l at 2701 North Lexington' Avenue, St 9 Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, tbe 29th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />January <br /> <br />J. 196~ at 7:30 o"clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present; Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, <br />Shields and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Graue 1 introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2020 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APFORTIONMEN'f OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO SANITARY SEWER mPROVEMENT NO. -L <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by tbe Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />WRE:REAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. L as finally <br /> <br />amended and adopted on November 9, 1959, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey <br />Cowty and <br /> <br />WBEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportiooment <br /> <br />of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvemerzt No <> g, was held on <br />Decembei 6, l~ at whicb time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No, ~ were <br />amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified in the office of the <br />County Audi\or of Ramsey County on December 29J1 1~60 and <br />
