3. The sign shall be erected outside of the public right-of--way and outside of the Traffic <br />Visibility Triangle, consistent with the site plan reviewed with this application as <br />Attachment C, and; <br />4. The hv~xnvt UsE PERMIT shall be valid from the day after it is approved by the City <br />Council, through December 31, 2008 or until all of the apartments are leased, <br />whichever comes first. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Ihlan and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Pust, Roe, Ihlan, <br />and Klausing <br />and none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
