EXtract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council Village of Roseville County of Ramsey State of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Rosevil1e, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, st. Pauls Minnesota, on Monday, the 19th day of February , 196~, at 7=30 o'clock P. M. The following members were pre5ent~ Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley J Grauel J Linebar~er and Shields and the following were absent: None Member Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 2022 RESOLUTION RElATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RElATING TO CONSOLIDATED WATER. IMPROVEMENTS NUMBERED 62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Rosevil1e, Minne- sota as follows: WHEREA.S, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water Improvements numbered 62-2, 64~, 64-5 and 64-6 as finally amended and adopted on October 12, 1964, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on October 19, 1964 and WHEREA.S, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments and appor- tionment of previous assessments in respect to Water Improvement Numbered 62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 on December 13, 1965, at which time assessments were amended as provided by Resolution No. 1411 adopting and confirming reassessments and certi- fied in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County and WHEREAS, since that date a munber of parcels of property contained wi thin said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed qy previous property owners and
