ORDINANCE No. 1368 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING <br />THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY <br />WITHIN THE TWIN LAKES REDEVELOPMENT AREA FROM GENERAL <br />INDUSTRIAL (I-2) TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) WITH AN <br />UNDERLYING ZONING OF MIXED USE BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-6) <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1005.07 (Mixed Use <br />Business District), Section 1015 (Zoning Amendments) and Section 1008 (Planned Unit <br />Developments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City <br />Council consideration of Panning File 07-021, the following property, located at 2700 <br />Cleveland Avenue and legally described as: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Twin Lakes Addition <br />is hereby rezoned from General Industrial District (I-2) to Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) with an underlying zoning of Mixed Use Business District (B-6). <br />Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code and <br />Zoning Map shall take effect upon: <br />1. The passage and publication of this ordinance. <br />2. Recording of said plat of Twin Lakes Addition with Ramsey County. <br />3. The execution of the Planned Unit Development Agreement by the City <br />and property owners. <br />4. The recording of the Planned Unit Development documents with Ramsey <br />County. <br />Passed the 19th day of May, 2008 <br />
