EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 9~' day of June 2008, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Willmus, Ihlan, Pust, Roe, Klausing and the following were absent: None Council Member Pust introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 10632 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION TO THE FILING OF A FINAL PLAT AND FINAL DEVELOPMENT PUD FOR AEON AND THE HAR MAR APARTMENTS, 2225 TO 2265 SOUTH HIGHWAY 36 SERVICE DRIVE (PF07-068) WHEREAS, Aeon received approval of a REZONING, GENERAL CONCEPT PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT and PRELIMINARY PLAT for Har Mar Apartments on March 24, 2008; and WHEREAS, Section 1102.O1F (Final Plat Submission) was amended on March 24, 2008 to require a FINAL PLAT submission within 6 months after the PRELIMINARY PLAT approval; and WHEREAS, Aeon has applied to Minnesota Housing Finance Agency, which funding awards are not granted/awarded until November 1, 2008; and WHEREAS, Aeon seeks an extension to their FINAL PLAT submission requirements from September 24, 2008 to March 24, 2009; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE the request by Aeon for an extension to the requirements of Section 1102.01 F (Final Plat Submission) from September 24, 2008 to March 24, 2009 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Ihlan and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Willmus, Ihlan, Pust, Roe, Klausing and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
