<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA. HELD FEBRUARY 19# 1968. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a <br />regular meeting of the Village Council of the village of <br />Rosevi1le, Minnesota,was duly called and held at the <br />Village Hall in said Village on February 19, 1968, at <br />7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Moll J Councilmen Curley J Grauel J Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the follow- <br />ing Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2026 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that an un- <br />safe and hazardous condition exists at the following de- <br />scribed real property to wit: <br /> <br />The Westerly 144 feet of the <br />Easterly 288 feet of Lot II, <br />A. K. Barnum's Garden Lots, <br />except the Easterly 10 feet <br />thereof, according to the <br />official plat thereof on file <br />and of record in the office of <br />the Register of Deeds in and for <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in order to correct and remove the <br />danger to public health and public safety the building <br />should be razed, <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. That the Mayor and Manager are in- <br />structed to execute the attached Order marked Exhibit "A" <br />and made a part hereof by reference. <br />
