Extract of Minutes of a Meeting of the <br />City Council of <br />The City of Roseville, Minnesota <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the city of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in Roseville, Minnesota on March 17, 2008, at <br />6:00 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Pust, Ihlan, Roe and Klausing <br />and the following were absent: Kough <br />Mayor Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10606A <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF THE <br />$7,000,000 EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES REVENUE NOTE, SERIES 2008 <br />(CONCORDIA ACADEMY ASSOCIATION OF SCHOOLS PROJECT) <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF DOCUMENTS RELATING THERETO <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council member Pust, <br />and after full discussion thereof and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Pust, Roe and Klausing <br />and the following voted against the same: Ihlan. <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of 9 <br />
