EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, HELD FEBRUARY 26, 1968 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on February 26, 1968, The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel and Linebarger and the following member was absent: Councilman Shields Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 2027 WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the area bounded by Western Avenue on the east, Shryer Avenue extended on the south, Dale Street on the west and T.H. 36 on the north, by installation of storm sewers and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be referred to the Banister Engineering Company, 310 North Snelling Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, for a study and that they be instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the resolution: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll and the following voted against the same: None l~HEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
