<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, HELD FEBRUARY 26, 1968 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on February 26, 1968, <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, <br />Grauel and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following member was absent: Councilman Shields <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2027 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the area bounded by <br />Western Avenue on the east, Shryer Avenue extended on the south, <br />Dale Street on the west and T.H. 36 on the north, by installation <br />of storm sewers and to assess the benefitted property for all or <br />a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of <br />the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that the proposed improvement <br />be referred to the Banister Engineering Company, 310 North Snelling <br />Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, for a study and that they be instructed <br />to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement <br />is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or <br />in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of <br />the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor of the resolution: <br /> <br />Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />l~HEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
