Approve Consent Agenda <br />There were no additional changes to the Consent Agenda than those previously noted. <br />At the request of Mayor Klausing, City Manager Bill Malinen briefly reviewed those <br />items being considered under the Consent Agenda. Councilmember Pust arrived at this <br />time. <br />a.
