EXTAACT OF MINUTES OF .1.1EETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, !'HNNESOTA, BELD FEBRUARY 26, 1968 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetin!'-' of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, February 26, 1968. The following members were present: rlayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel and Linebarger and the following members were absent: Councilman Shields I/lember Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 2030 iHIEREAS, the Commissioner of IHgh'o'1ays has prepared preliminary plans for the improvement of part of T.ll. 36 at its intersection of T.H. 49 in the corporate limits of the Village of Roseville by re- construction and enlargement of a pondinp- area at the south~vest quadrant of T.H. 36 and T.H. 49 interchange; and \\HEREAS, such preliminary plans are on file with the office of the Department of Highways, St. Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled and identified as 319, S.P. 6212-104 (TIi 36=118) located in southwest quadrant of junction T.lI. 36 and T.ll. 49, SP 6280-141 (TE 35E=390) located at junction St. Clair Avenue and T.ll. 3SE; and \';'HEREAS, copies of said preliminary plans so markeJ, labeled and identified and also on file in the office of the Village Clerk; and WHEREAS, the "said preliminary plans" as hereinafter used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and to incorporate the preliminary plans as in the forcroinQ; recitals particularly identified and described; NO;" THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said preliminary pl(lns for the improvement of T.ll. 36 at its intersection with T.H. 49 \dthin the limits of the Village of Roseville be and hereby are approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoinp-' resolution \\Ia5 duly seconded by nember Linebarger and upon a vote being taken thereon, the follO\dng voted in favor of the resolution: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and !'loll, and the follolvino voted against the same: None. \iiiEREUPON, said resolution was declared lluly passed and rIdontcd.
