An <br />HRA is a separate legal authority under <br />Minnesota Statutes -the( directs <br />redevelopment projects with the <br />purpose of removing blight and <br />promoting affordable, safe and decent <br />,housing. <br />The Board meets third Tuesday each <br />month. The 5-ysa` teen runs through <br />Dumber 2013.
