<br />Form 2521 Rev. <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N 2031 <br /> <br />At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village <br /> <br />of Roseville <br /> <br />duly held on the ~ day of February, 19~, the follow- <br /> <br />ing Resolution was offered by <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br /> <br />seconded by <br /> <br />Member Linebarger <br /> <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />plans for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number <br />36 <br />51 <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared preliminary <br />118 <br />125 <br /> <br />renumbered as Trunk Highway Number <br /> <br />within the corporate limits <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />from the <br /> <br />Cleveland Avenue <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />Snelling Avenue <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS said preliminary plans are on file in the office of the <br /> <br />Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and <br />6212-43 (T.H. 36=118) <br />identified as Layout No. 9A, S.P. 6216-47 (T.H. 51=125), from <br /> <br />Cleveland Avenue to Snelling Avenue <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled, <br /> <br />and identified are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the term "said preliminary plans" as hereinafter used in <br /> <br />the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer <br /> <br />to, and to incorporate the preliminary plans as in the foregoing recitals <br /> <br />particularly identified and described; <br /> <br />Number <br /> <br />improvement of Trunk Highway Number <br />36 <br />51 <br /> <br />NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary plans for the <br />118 <br />125 <br /> <br />renumbered Trunk Highway <br /> <br />within the limits of the Villaqe <br /> <br />of Roseville <br /> <br />be and <br /> <br />hereby are approved. <br />
