City of <br />l~~ <br />Minnesota, USA <br />Special City Council Meeting -Commission Interviews <br />Minutes <br />City Hall Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Monday, July 28, 2008 <br />Special Meeting <br />4:00 p.m. <br />Present: Roe; Ihlan; and Klausing. <br />Pust and Willmus arrived late. Mayor Klausing noted that Councilmembers Pust and Willmus <br />had previously advised that they would be arriving late for commission interviews. A DVD of <br />the interviews will be provided for to each of them for their review. <br />Commission Chairs present: Janet Delmore, Luanne Pederson and Jim DeBenedet <br />The following applicants were interviewed: <br />David Singleton Human Rights <br />Pat Torrey Human Rights and Ethics <br />Margo Fjelstad Ethics <br />Jason Etten Ethics <br />Sheryl Fairbanks Public Works, Environment and Transportation <br />Joan Felice Public Works, Environment and Transportation <br />Brad Koland Public Works, Environment and Transportation <br />Applicants Timothy White and Glenn Cook were not available for interviews on 7/28/08 but remain inter- <br />ested in serving. <br />The Special Meeting adjourned at 5:40 p.m. <br />Regular City Council Meeting <br />Minutes <br />6:00 p.m. <br />1. Call Roll <br />Mayor Klausing called to order the regular meeting of the Roseville City Council at ap- <br />proximately 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. <br />Voting and Seating Order: Roe; Pust; Willmus; Ihlan; and Klausing. <br />Mayor Klausing noted that City Manager Malinen had previously advised that he would <br />not be able to attend tonight's meeting. Finance Director Chris Miller was present in his <br />place. City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br />
