If anything is done for Northwestern College, they should not be able to remove the Edina building <br />from the tax rolls. We pay much to compensate for their traffic. Their students take jobs from Roseville <br />residents and Roseville students. <br />2. If the Skating Center needs geothermal heat, I support that. However, the patrons of the center should <br />bear the cost in increased fees. Those feel could be higher for non-residents, but the majority of residents do not <br />
