<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IlVlPROVEEEN'I' NO. 67 - 2 8 <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, HINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the Village Council Chambers, <br />2701 North Lexington Avenue, on the 1st day of April, 1968, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. 67-28 <br />consisting of the installation of permanent street surfacing to- <br />gether with curb and gutter ana necessary storm sewer utilities. <br />The foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a preliminary <br />engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspec- <br />tion in the office of the Village Eanager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approxi- <br />mately $196,900. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment includes all parcels of property lying within the following <br />described boundary: <br /> <br />Commencing at the intersection of the north right of way <br />line of Trunk Highway 36 and the west right of way line of <br />Dellwood Street; thence north along the west right of way <br />line of Dellwood Street to the south right of way line of <br />County Road B~2i thence west along the south right of way <br />line of County Road B-2 and its extension to the west <br />right of way line of Ham1ine Avenue, thence north along <br />the westerly right of way line of Hamline Avenue to its <br />intersection with the northerly property line of Lot 15, <br />Block 6, Husby's NorthvieWi thence westerly along the <br />northerly property line of Lots 15 through 25, Block 6, <br />Husby's Northview to the northwesterly corner of said Lot <br />25; thence northwesterly along the northeasterly property <br />lines of Lots 26 and 28, Block 6, Busby's Northview to the <br />southeasterly corner of Lot 29, said Block and addition; <br />thence north along the easterly property line of said <br />Lot 29 to the northeast corner of said Lot 29, thence <br />westerly along the north property line of said Lot 29 <br />to its northwest corner; thence northwesterly across <br />the right of way of Pascal Avenue to the northeasterly <br />corner of Lot 4, Block 1, Verde Haven, thence westerly <br />along the north property line of said Lot 4, Block 1, <br />Verde Haven to the northwest corner of Lot 4, said block <br />
