Call Roll Mayor Klausing called to order the regular meeting of the Roseville City Council at ap- proximately 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. Voting and Seating Order: Ihlan; Pust; Roe; Willmus; and Klausing. City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. 2. Approve Agenda Councilmember Ihlan requested removal of Consent Agenda Item 7.g entitled, "Approve the Request by Allen Lenz, d/b/a Scooter Central LLC, for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the Sale of Scooters/Mopeds at 2725 Fairview Avenue (PF08-031)." By consen- sus, the agenda was approved as amended. 3. Public Comment Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the audience on any non- agenda items. No one was present to speak. 4. Council Communications, Reports & Announcements & Housing and Redevelop- ment Authority (HRA) Report Mayor Klausing announced several upcoming events: Community Open House - 2008 Comprehensive Plan Update The Open House is scheduled for Wednesday, August 27, 2008 from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive. Chapters available for review include: land use, transportation, environment, parks & recreation, economic development, and housing & neighborhoods.
