Award Bid for Sewer Lining Project Roe moved, Ihlan seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10647 entitled, "Resolu- tion Awarding Bids for 2008 Sanitary Sewer Main Lining;" awarding the bid to Veit & Company, Inc., of Rogers, MN, in an amount not to exceed $185,120.00. Roll Call Ayes: Ihlan; Pust; Roe; Willmus; and Klausing. Nays: None. f. Adopt a Resolution to Accept Work Completed, Authorize Final Payment of $40,934.10 and Commence the One-Year Warranty Period on the 2007 Sani- tary Sewer Project Roe moved, Ihlan seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10648 entitled, "Final Contract Acceptance 2007 Sanitary Sewer Lining Project;" accepting the work completed; authorizing final payment of $40,934.10; and starting the one-year warranty period.
