EXtract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council Village of Roseville County of Ramsey State of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of RosevilJe, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 11th day of . March , 196~, at 7:30 o'clock P. M. The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Shields and the following were absent: None Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 2045 RFBOLUTION RElATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RElATING TO CONSOLIDATlID WATER IMPROVEMENTS NUMBERED 62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minne- sota as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water Improvements numbered 62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 as finally amended and adopted on October 12, 1964, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on October 19, 1964 and WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental as sessments, reas sessments and appor- tionment of previous assessments in respect to Water Improvement Numbered 62-2, 64-4, 64-, and 64-6 on December 13, 196" at which time assessments were amended as provided by Resolution No. 1411 adopting and confirming reassessments and certi- fied in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County and WHER.EA.S, since that date a number of parcels of property contained wi thin said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners and
