<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Ibseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br /> <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington, St. Paul, <br /> <br />Minnesota, on }.bnday, the llth day of <br /> <br />March <br /> <br />, 196~ <br /> <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, CO'lUlcilmen Curley, <br />Grauel, Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2046 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING ro APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING ro COUNTY ROAD B-2 STREET IMPROVEMENT 64-1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Ydnnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WIffiREAS, the assessment roll for County Road B-2 Street Improvement 64-1 <br /> <br />as finally amended and adopted on October 11, 1965, was certified to the <br /> <br />County Auditor of Ramsey County and <br /> <br />WIffiREAS since that date a number of parcels of property contained <br /> <br />within assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by pre- <br /> <br />vious property owners and <br /> <br />WIffiREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportion- <br /> <br />ment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has <br /> <br />later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the <br /> <br />( <br />
