ORDINANCE NO. 1376 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING THE <br />ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY <br />AT 2845 HAMLINE AVENUE FROM SHOPPING CENTER (SC) DISTRICT TO <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) WITH AN UNDERLYING ZONING OF <br />LIMITED BUSINESS (B-1) DISTRICT. <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning Amendments) of <br />the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration of <br />Planning File 08-024, the following property, located at 2845 Hamline Avenue and legally <br />described as: <br />The east 331 feet of the north 274 feet of the south 947 feet of the northeast quarter of the <br />southwest quarter of Section 3, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />is hereby rezoned from Shopping Center (SC) District to Planned Unit Development (PUD) with <br />and underlying zoning of Limited Business (B-1) District. <br />Section 2. Effective Date.
