Please do not reclassify the Har Mar Mall and Target areas in the Snelling Avenue/County Road B from <br />"Comunity Business" to "Regional Business." The area infrastructure cannot support the size of development this <br />would include, and the disruption to the neighborhood would be much greater than it already is. <br />2. Do not change the definition of "Community Business" to remove the 100,000 square foot limitation. <br />3. Do not remove all redevelopment master plans that were previously incorporated into the comprehensive <br />plan. These plans were created at the direction of the city, with tax dollars.
