Form 2523 (10-66) RES 0 L UTI 0 N NO. 2055 At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville duly held on the.ll.:th.day of March , 1 CP...L, the following Resolution was offered by Member Grauel , seconded by Member Curley , to-wit: WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans, special provisions and specifications for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 118 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 36 within the corporate limits of the Villa~e of Roseville ~ in the S.W. Quadrant Jet. T.H. 49 & 36 to anc: WHEREAS said plans are on file in the office of the Department of HighWCSV2i~_it'f'{lP.l'3~ota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S.P. &2S0 141 (T ~ J5F=390) ____; and WHEREAS said special provisions are on file in the office of t~le Department of Highway;~ Saint (&ul, Minne~ota, being marked, labeled, and o.ca2-l04 T .H. 36=118) identified as--S-E h?AO-141 (T.H. 35E=390) , which, together with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications for Highway Construction, dated January 1, 1964 as amended by "Supplemental Specifications" dated February 1, 1966, on file in the office of the Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improvement of Trunk Highway Number liB renumbered as T!'UIlk r-r::.ghway Number .36 ; and WHEREAS copies of said p1ans and special provisions as so marked, 1abeled and identified are also on file in the office of the Vi 11 agA Clerk; and WHEREAS the term "said p1ans and special provisions II as herein- after used in the body of this resolution sha11 be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and special provisions in t,h8 foregoing recitals particularly identifiAd and described.
