EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic. Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 10th day of May, 1993, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8938 RESOLUTION AMENDING THE ASSESSMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT P-89-16 HAMLINE AVENUE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: WHEREAS, the County of Ramsey under an agreement with the City of Roseville, constructed Hamline Avenue improvement P-89-16¡ AND WHEREAS, on July 22, 1992, the City of Roseville approved the re-zoning from R-4 to R-4 for the property located at 1720 Hamline Avenue described as Lot 7 Block 4, Gottfried Plat 2¡ AND WHEREAS, on September 28, 1992, the City of Roseville levied assessments to all those properties benefited that had a zoning other then R-1 or R-2; AND WHEREAS, Lot 7 Block 4, Gottfried Plat 2 was assessed based on the old zoning of R-4 in the amount of $6,940.59; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville that the assessment amount of $6,940.59 be canceled and does hereby direct Ramsey County to remove the assessment from the assessment role. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Goedeke and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. and the following voted against same: None Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
