<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic. Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on Monday, the 10th day of May, 1993, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, <br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8938 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE ASSESSMENT FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT P-89-16 HAMLINE AVENUE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Ramsey under an agreement with the City of <br />Roseville, constructed Hamline Avenue improvement P-89-16¡ <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, on July 22, 1992, the City of Roseville approved the <br />re-zoning from R-4 to R-4 for the property located at 1720 Hamline Avenue <br />described as Lot 7 Block 4, Gottfried Plat 2¡ <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, on September 28, 1992, the City of Roseville levied <br />assessments to all those properties benefited that had a zoning other <br />then R-1 or R-2; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, Lot 7 Block 4, Gottfried Plat 2 was assessed based on the <br />old zoning of R-4 in the amount of $6,940.59; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville that the assessment amount of $6,940.59 be canceled and does <br />hereby direct Ramsey County to remove the assessment from the assessment <br />role. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Goedeke and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, and V. <br />Johnson. <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
